The Opportunity | Senior Account Manager
Manages sales directly to end-users of the organization's products or services in a large specified geographic area, or is responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic basis. Develops new accounts and maintains current accounts. May establish long-term relationship with accounts/clients.
Location: Idaho Falls, ID preferred but home based potentially possible
Your Challenge:

  • Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings for target accounts. Manage accounts from discovery through generation of sales revenue and monitors strategic long-term customer relationships.

  • Participates in sales presentations for accounts. Coordinates with other departments as necessary to obtain product information. Participates in planning and policy development issues.

  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and promote sales.

  • Coordinates liaison between accounts department and other sales related units. Ensures the effective use of the sales accountability program throughout the territory.

  • Defines, documents, implements, and supports continual sales process improvement. Maintains appropriate records and documentation; tracks, monitors, and reports sales data.
 
Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 10-12 years' relevant nuclear industry experience

  • 2 years selling technical products

  • 4 years supervisory experience

  • Knowledge of industry related products and target customers

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of MS Office.
