Administrative Assistant/Document Control Technician

Under general supervision, reviews completed test data for completeness and accuracy. Updates logs, databases, generates and distributes monthly quality metrics. Maintains files of scanned test data and completed build packages for product.

Location: Newmarket, ON

Your Challenge:

  • Reviews and completes basic edits on required documentation. 
  • Manages and maintains electronic file database. 
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly metric reporting.
  • Reviews completed test data packages for accuracy and completion. 
  • Assists in areas of Reception and Facility Safety Coordination.
  • Assists other personnel as required.

Your Expertise:

  • High School or Equivalent education required.
  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Oral and written communication skills with knowledge of MS Office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills. 

This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must meet eligibility requirements of the ITAR and of the Controlled Goods Directorate (CDG) and/or a Canadian government security clearance.
