The Opportunity | Customer Service Specialist



Under general supervision, the Customer Service Specialist working with our Sales team will be maintaining direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale. Focus of work may be in pre-sale, post-sales, or both.



Your Challenge




  • Maintain and expand relationship with key growth account customers

  • Responds to customer needs in a quick and effective manner

  • Manage and resolve conflicts and escalated calls that may arise

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Coordinates activities with Customer Service Reps, and provides direction and guidance

  • Provides support to Sr. Management on various work initiatives

  • Cross-trains and provides assistance to all areas of the company and to customers



Your Expertise




  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred; will consider equivalent experience

  • 2-3 years' relevant customer-facing experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong typing, oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, experience with Outlook and Excel is required

  • Strong organization and presentation skills 




This position may require exposure to information, which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of U.S. regulations.
