The Opportunity | Engineering Manager


Responsible for the performance of mid-sized projects or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Management of a multi-discipline team of engineers of mixed ability across multiple projects. Assisting in the recruitment, assessment and development of individual engineers.




Your Challenge:



  • Monitoring of project deliverables against agreed milestones

  • Day to day management of a multi-discipline engineering team to include mentoring and professional development

  • Provide the expertise to undertake evaluation of new product/project ideas and make recommendations as to their viability/profitability in our markets.

  • Provide ROM estimates into the NPI process to support senior management decision making at gate reviews.




Your Expertise:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Master's preferred

  • 7-10 years of relevant industry experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with knowledge of MS Office.

  • In-depth knowledge of process analysis, standardization, continuous improvement, LEAN, Six Sigma and operational excellence programs.
