Machine Operator - Entry Level (Evening Shift, premium available)

  • This role will provide full training and previous Machine Operator experince is not required. Successful candidates will be looking for a hands-on role, have strong math skills and be interested in learning a Machine Operator role. 

    Once trained as Machine Operator you will set up and operate a wide variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products. You will works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks. 

    Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)
    Schedule: Monday-Thursday (12:00pm-10:00pm)

  • Your Challenge:

    • Accurately following and interpreting instructions, procedures and drawings
    • Setting-up, operating and maintaining equipment used in the production of the company's product in order to carry out manufacturing processes
    • Verifying quality of product at the required intervals and verify accuracy of all work
    • May be responsible for in-process inspections
    • Checking and inspecting operation results against predetermined tolerances

    Your Expertise:

    • High School Diploma or equivalency required
    • Must be able to lift 60lbs unassisted
    • Math skill - ability to complete basic calculations e.g. converting factions to decimals
    • Desirable - Knowledge of measuring tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc. is an asset.
    • Must be able to work Monday-Thursday from 12:00pm-10:00pm
