The Opportunity | Payroll Administrator


Under general supervision, performs all required clerical duties necessary to prepare hourly, salary and commission payrolls.




Your Challenge:



  • Basic knowledge of payroll processing system.

  • Checks time sheets for completeness prior to entry or upload, reduces gross pay by all authorized and required deductions to net pay.

  • Processes employee time records.

  • Runs various payroll reports to assist with the updates to the general ledger.

  • Investigates questionable data and takes corrective action when necessary.

  • Prepares and balances payroll summaries, W-2 forms, etc., as required.




Your Expertise:



  • 1-3 year's experience in payroll administration.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge is required.

  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a strong asset

  • ADP EV5 experience is a strong asset.

  • Canadian payroll experience is a strong asset; experience with Workforce Now.
