The Opportunity | Senior Program Coordinator


Responsible for order administration. Responsible for communication between company and customers. Responsible for coordinating all activities of his/her programs in accordance with the direction of the program manager in support of program and business unit objectives.


 Position Responsibilities:



  • Accurate and timely purchase order/sales order administration

  • Provide preliminary review of incoming contracts and purchase orders.

  • Monitor manufacturing and procurement plans in support of overall program requirements.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and develop action plans to assist with collections as required.

  • Manage customer return process to support repair turnaround time objectives

  • Manage in-production spares to OEM and Airlines

  • Review internal and external monthly OTD and Quality metrics for accuracy

  • Ensure timely responses on all customer inquiries.

  • Coordinate prioritization issues with production control/planning/purchasing in a cooperative and professional manner.

  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by Program Manager.



Essential Skills and Experience:



  • Four (4) to six (6) years of business experience involving procurement, planning, contract administration, manufacturing, documentation, engineering, or accounting.

  • Experience working with ERP systems

  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner, with good organizational skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work load

  • Proficiency with MS Office

Minimum Education requirements:


BS Degree preferred - preferably in Business or Engineering, or 6+ years of equivalent experience in the areas of customer support, administration, Planning, Documentation or Engineering.



This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of U.S. regulations.
