Program Expeditor

Program Expeditor helps and support to the Program Manager(s) to facilitate monitoring and reporting on various aspect of program performance. Create, maintain, and input status on various project reports for internal and external customers. Provide additional assistance to Program Managers on an as-needed basis. Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking purchasing and shop floor status. Assists with maintaining contract budgets, production costs, and delivery schedules.

Your Challenge:

  • Review Contracts/Purchase Orders and Amendments for accuracy and completeness in preparation for project launch.
  • Maintain backlog or other tracking reports to keep current project progress and estimated shipment dates.
  • Create and maintain project schedules.
  • Maintain appropriate program status files, logs, schedules, and customer reports.
  • Participate in meetings at a primary attendee or back-up to Program Manager as required
  • Closely follow status on key project activities as identified by the Program Manager to ensure project goals are met
  • Other duties specified by supervisor

Your Expertise:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Business
  • At least 2-4 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
  • Microsoft Office Skills including Microsoft Project
