The Opportunity | Senior Electro-Mechanical Systems Engineer
Develop mechanical and electro-mechanical actuation design solutions for aerospace and defense related projects that meet or exceed performance and cost targets, on a compressed time schedule. Coordinate work with team members from other disciplines, including electrical and mechanical designers, software engineers, test engineers, project engineers and managers. Perform control system design, select system component elements and perform system simulation modeling to predict integrated system response dynamics. Develop system architectures for integrated actuation sub-systems, and generate associated schematics, diagrams and descriptions to support contracted programs and new business proposals. Effectively communicate with Integrated Product Team members and customers, Program Managers, Manufacturing Engineers and production personnel.
