As a Senior Hardware Engineer in TTC, you will be a hardware development contributor on a wide variety of digital, FPGA, and interface designs. You will get involved in customer requirement definition, sub-assembly architecture, electrical and FPGA design, design verification test, and product documentation, and delivery support. You will have a primary engineering role in developing high-quality ruggedized embedded systems and a wide variety of analog sensors and digital bus interface designs that meet stringent commercial and military product requirements.


  • Work with internal and external customers to develop product requirements
  • Develop and collaborate on architectures and designs to meet customer requirements on schedule and within budget
  • Engage in both board-level (mixed-signal ) and FPGA design activities
  • Generate concise design documentation
  • Coordinate hardware design reviews of responsible projects and other projects within the department.
  • Coordinate with Test engineering test methodologies of products for compliance with customer requirements
  • Work with production & test personnel to transition designs to manufacturing
  • Assist in the generation of customer documentation
  • Provide engineering support for fielded products
  • Undertake any other activities in supporting end products as reasonably requested by management


  • 7-10 years of electronic hardware design experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Analog and digital circuit design.
  • Proficient at using Xilinx, Altera, and other FPGA development toolsets
  • Working knowledge of Verilog or VHDL
  • Proficient at EMI/EMC design and mitigation techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate between teams.


  • BS in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering (from an accredited college or university) required
