The Opportunity | Sr. Production Control Coordinator - Actuation
Your Challenge:

  • Under minimal supervision, assists in the daily planning movement of hardware products through the manufacturing, inspection, test and shipping areas to meet established delivery schedules. Complies and releases prepared manufacturing documentation, including work orders, operation sheets and design documentation to the production floor.

  • The responsibilities include interaction with Shipping and Receiving, Stock Room, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Planning, Purchasing, and other department personnel to support and supply completed detail parts and subassemblies in a time frame to support the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

  • Activities include; coordination of required production control activities, identification of potential disruptions in production flow or delays in procurements, and support in their resolution. Inventory control including, completing finished part receipts, maintaining and monitoring assembly kit status and issuance of production kits per the master production schedule (MPS). Timely identification and reporting of schedule constraints to applicable personnel, development of recovery plans and maintaining the MPS.

  • Coordinates material receipt and put away

  • Coordinates kit issue and organization in Assembly and Test

  • Maintains control of inventory through work order close out .

  • Resolves issues with kit discrepancies, material loss, damage and replacement.

  • Ensures material delivery to and from shipping and receiving.

  • Production Control team leader and coordinator.
Your Expertise:

  • High School or Equivalent -- College Degree preferred

  • 3-5 Years of experience

  • Must possess the ability to comprehend information provided daily and work independently.
