Your Challenge

Under minimal supervision, the Production Control Coordinator assists in the daily planning and movement of products (hardware and software) through the manufacturing, inspection, test and shipping areas to meet established delivery schedules. Compiles and releases prepared manufacturing documentation, including work orders, operation sheets and design documentation to the production floor.

Major Accountabilities /Deliverables

  • Maintains control of inventory of materials received and distributed through manufacturing shop.
  • Generates cycle counts and prepares requisitions for tools and supplies.
  • Issues materials from inventory to jobs.
  • Assists with shipping and receiving in crating/packing parts for shipment.
  • Ensures material delivery to and from shipping and receiving.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • 4-6 years of experience required;
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Due to the nature of the work performed at this facility, this role may require a DOD Government security clearance. Incumbents must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance while employed by this site.
