Your Challenge:

  • Be a trusted advisor to hiring teams for all things recruitment within your assigned portfolio:
  • Intake meetings, strategic sourcing, candidate identification & selection, salary determination, and offers of employment including negotiations.
  • Partner with hiring teams to develop annual headcount forecasts and staffing requirements.
  • Apply your proactive nature to anticipate the needs of the hiring teams, partnering with them to identify new sources and methods of uncovering niche talent.
  • Demonstrate your market knowledge, strong communication & consultative skills to influence the decision-making process with your hiring teams.
  • Coach and train hiring managers on effective interview and selection techniques, equipping them with the skills necessary to move through the recruitment cycle confidently and seamlessly.
  • Leverage your creativity in developing a strong talent brand that will attract top talent to Curtiss-Wright and fuel our pipeline for future growth.

Your Expertise:

  • Experience working in a high-volume full-cycle recruitment environment, identifying talent from hourly manufacturing to senior leadership level and everything in between!
  • Strong business relationship skills.
  • Priority towards Business focus.
  • Action-oriented with a very strong sense of urgency.
  • Advanced forensic sourcing, recruitment techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and requirements.
  • Advanced applicant tracking system (ATS) skills (efficient use & back-end design).
  • Self-directed and able to work remotely as required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% annually.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience of high-volume recruiting covering a wide span of industries and levels within an organization.
  • Solid knowledge of legal and legislative requirements related to recruitment and staffing.
  • College Diploma, University Degree, or equivalent work experience.

This position may require exposure to information that is subject to US export control regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must meet eligibility requirements of the ITAR and the Controlled Goods Directorate (CGD).
