The Opportunity | Graphic User Interface Technician
Under general supervision, designs, develops, implements, and maintains complex graphical user interface (GUI) information systems.
Your Challenge:

  • Develops preliminary GUI representations utilizing complex GUI software for customer review and approval.

  • Tests final GUI schematics and identifies erroneous layout, database entities, applications, and incorrect or inadequate functionality.

  • Works on assignments somewhat complex in nature with only moderate supervision.

  • Works directly with customer/users to define GUI requirements, design, and final layout.

  • Performs modifications to and maintenance of deployed GUI systems.

  • Assists users in the operation of the application.
Your Expertise:

  • 2+ years of experience in a transferable role.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; technical training in web design or graphic user interface design is preferred.

  • Must have experience in writing and documenting test procedures.

  • Must have strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.

  • Must have strong skills & knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Word & Excel.
