Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Chula Vista, CA

The Challenge:

  • Daily cycle count reporting and accuracy
  • Outsource material as required and create bills of material and routers
  • Responsible for processing incoming parts requests, pricing to customer, and ensuring shipments
  • Performs a variety of kitting and order functions
  • Daily use of Oracle and Salesforce systems for parts management
  • Running shortage reports for major projects and inventory items
  • Run MRP to manage and ensure parts availability for various product lines
  • Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise:

  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook software applications
  • Oracle or similar MRP System is a plus
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Clearance
