We are looking for a Program Finance and Master Scheduler to join us at our Santa Clarita, CA facility. You will be responsible for automating the financial forecasting process allowing us to have weekly visibility on month-to-date performance and forecast for the month/quarter so we can assess the health of our programs. Whilst doing this, we will look to you to improve financial forecasting (revenue, OI, cash flow, unbilled) accuracy and establish real-time resource loaded master schedule across all development programs.


  • Develop and maintain resource loaded master schedule for all development engineering projects (including R&D)

  • Work in coordination with Program Management group to establish project budgets, ETCs, Management Reserve and billing profile

  • Track and report on: program billings, program EAC, program cash flow and Management Reserve burn down

  • Review and validate program ETC with Program management and synchronize adjustment with resource loaded master schedule

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly EAC slides for all programs with PM input

  • Track and report on material/cost receipt on each program

  • Track and report on revenue accrual on each program

  • Accountable for financial accuracy reporting across all programs

  • Drive necessary process changes to facilitate more efficient data input/analysis and forecast accuracy

  • Participate in PMRs and financial reviews

  • Work closely with local Finance Manager

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or similar

  • MBA is preferred

  • Understanding of Government accounting principles

  • 5 years minimum experience as a Program Financial Analyst or Program Finance Manager

  • Exceptional analytical, MS Excel skills and MS Project skills

  • Accounting background is a plus
