Senior Marketing Specialist

Location: Hatfield, PA

Our EST Group is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team!

As the Senior Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment between the organization's goals and the development of marketing campaigns to meet those objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and the key performance indicators used to track specific channels including web, social, paid search, SEO, email, etc. In addition, s/he will work with content authors, ensuring delivery of compelling marketing assets implemented to meet strategic priorities and the tactical needs for promoting EST Group's products and services. Marketing assets include such deliverables as promotional material, advertising (print & online) collateral, direct marketing emails, video, photography, etc.

Your Challenge:

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels
  • Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach target audience through identified channels
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Assist with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Take part in brainstorming sessions, offering analytical insights to develop and plan creative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness
  • Participate in development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media, upsell, cross sell, and sales enablement
  • Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
  • Conduct market and competitive research, analyze trends to identify new market opportunities
  • Manage print and digital asset inventory to ensure creative alignment across all marketing channels
  • Ensure brand guidelines are met across all channels
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Work with external agencies and vendors when applicable to execute marketing programs
  • Undertake individual tasks of marketing plans as assigned

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience, preferably in B2B marketing
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (MS Dynamics), and content management systems
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills and knack for data analysis
  • Solid computer skills; MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM/Marketing Automation, Web analytics, Google AdWords
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Ability to travel as necessary (<20%)
  • Advanced knowledge of current SEO best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of current Email Marketing best practices
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with Click Dimensions marketing automation software
