Curtiss Wrights team at our Exlar business unit is growing! We are looking for first and second shift Assemblers. As the Assembler, you will be responsible for following instructions to assemble actuators. This position provides a challenging and dynamic work environment. Our Chanhassen facility is a temperature controlled and conveniently located.

Location: Chanhassen, MN

Your Challenge:

  • Understanding and following procedures, work instructions, specifications and other requirements
  • Following quality requirements/ quality assurance standards, processes, and controls and identifying and communicating occurrences of non-compliance / non-conformance
  • Participating in process and quality improvement activities.

Your Expertise:

  • Comfortable using hand held power tools, manufacturing machines and test equipment to perform product assembly.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
