Position Summary

This position interacts with all levels of the organization across multiple locations and is responsible for managing all aspects of the ProCard program, including set-up of on-line accounts and management of all exceptions. Responsible for monitoring internal controls that support ProCard program, as well as training card holders on the on-line reporting tools. Provides support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ProCard program's policies, procedures and metrics.

Primary Responsibilities

 Administer, monitor, and provide guidance to employees for ProCard program.

 Audit ProCard transactions to ensure proper card usage, educate employees and elevate recurring issues to senior management.

 Assist employees with reconciling, opening and terminating accounts as well as resolving fraud cases.

 Proactively create, generate and analyze system reports to ensure compliance with corporate policy.

 Optimize spend, and increase adoption.

 Manage the activities of the ProCard program to ensure on time delivery, maintain quality standards and take corrective action when necessary.

 Responsible for maintaining a file system to house PCard documentation, reports, and any relevant information for audit purposes

 First point of contact to troubleshoot issues with on-line tool.

 Monitor employee termination reports to ensure timely close of all ProCard related accounts.

 Provide reporting and analysis for executive level distribution.

 Create and distribute internal spend and metric reports, provide ad-hoc reports as needed.

 Special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience

 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in in Accounting or other financial curriculum with experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable preferred

 Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles and procedures required

 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

 Demonstrates a highly professional attitude and personal presentation in all verbal, and written, communication skills
