Machine Operator
As the Machine Operator, you will be responsible for machine set ups and operation of specialized surface enhancing machines used in the shot peening process.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Hours: First Shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. M - F) 

Your Challenge:

  • Set up machines to carry out production cycle.
  • Enter and adjust machine settings according to work sheets and product specifications.
  • Feed material or parts into machines.
  • Assemble a range of products to meet production targets and achieve internal and external customer satisfaction levels.
  • May be responsible for in process inspection.

Your Expertise:

  • High School or Equivalent required.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and mechanically inclined. 
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal instructions and assembly drawings.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
