Product Line Manager - Networking
Curtiss-Wright is a world leader in supplying rugged electronics to the airborne and defense industries. If you have flown on an airplane, chances are you have put your trust in technologies developed by Curtiss-Wright.
Our Ottawa facility serves and the Center of Excellence for the engineering design/development as well as manufacturing of our largest COTS product families. We are looking for an individual with insight and passion for technology combined with strong sales and business leadership skills to join the Curtiss-Wright team as the Product Manager for our Networking / Ethernet Switching product lines.
You will be responsible for the commercial success of these product lines, carrying new product ideas from inception through market and business analysis, development of solution architectures, oversight of engineering implementation, and take the lead in product launch plans, expansion and growth strategies, and eventual product sunset. You will own the entire product portfolio, defining and maintaining product roadmaps and market needs.
Wearing your Sales hat, you will serve as the subject matter expert, working directly with customers and sales teams worldwide to help drive strategic pursuits and drive customers to select Curtiss-Wright solutions. These efforts will grow your understanding of customer and market needs.
Your strong technical skills will guide the development of new products by staying on top of emerging technologies and industry standards. Working with engineering and product development teams you will define product features to meet the market need so together we can build industry leading technology solutions.
Bridging both the sales and the technology worlds, you will define and drive innovative products and solutions that differentiate through features, price, services, support or other key customer value propositions, to beat out the competition.
The ultimate measure of success in the role will be product line growth, and your unique combination of strong technical and business skills will fuel this growth.
