This position requires an expert in the electrical design of custom circuit boards. All facets of design will be required of this individual. If you are a senior/principle engineer and want to focus on pure electrical design of products, this is the job for you.
PacStar is a leading supplier of small, rugged, and modular networking solutions primarily to the DoD. The PacStar 400 series product line has become a 'de-facto' standard for deployed IP communications in the US Army and USMC. A series of wins over the last 3 years has resulted in significant growth in this business. This individual will be the primary electrical designer for the next generation of 400 series modules, and as such, a key member of the team continuing to move new technologies to the edge of the network.
