Your challenge

  • Answer requests for technical information in a timely manner, provide application engineering assistance when required.

  • Contribute to establishing selling prices, calculate selling prices at all levels, prepare new price lists periodically.

  • Maintain pricing in the MRP system, ensure impacted customers are informed of price changes in a timely manner.

  • Support new customer set up process.

  • Regularly report on performance of assigned accounts including all stocking and non-stocking distributors in NAFTA.

  • Maintain customer contact lists that identifies the key contacts at each customer.

  • Provide support for sales/business performance analysis.

  • Support monthly corporate reporting requirements.

  • Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals of how company's products can meet those needs and be integrated and implemented with customer's systems and equipment.

  • Gaining understanding of customer's requirements, program timing and selection of CW Industrial product offerings.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Your expertise

  • 2-4 years' experience working in an inside technical sales role ideally from an Industrial or Manufacturing company

  • Can work in a demanding environment with little direction from management

  • Strong initiative

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Previous MRP experience

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office is required

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
