The Opportunity | Warehouse Clerk

Location: Middleburgh Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)

This position is a full time, permanent opportunity that requires travel for training. All candidates must be able to travel out of state for training. We offer competitive wages and have a sign-on bonus available for all qualified applicants.

Under general supervision, the Warehouse Clerk performs a full range of order fulfillment and warehouse functions including stocking, storing and inventory of materials. Receives material and verifies count against accompanying documents. Processes requests for items, pulls and assembles kits for assembly, prepares and packs items for shipment. May assist in loading shipments.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to handle; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.

Your Challenge:

  • Receive material in inventory and verify count against accompanying documents.

  • Process work orders for customer orders.

  • Pull and assemble kits for shipping and/or assembly.

  • Perform cycle counts daily.

  • Compile and document all transactions in ERP (Syteline) system.

  • Maintain a neat and clean work area.


  • 2-3 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience using ERP or MRP system required. Syteline experience is an asset.

  • Basic understanding of export compliance regulations

  • Ability to effectively communicate with others

  • Display an understanding of the importance of product quality and compliance to health and safety procedures.

This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of U.S. regulations.
