The Opportunity: Account Manager (Home based in Southeast USA)


Under minimal direction, the Account Manager manages, grows, owns order closure process and activities to nuclear utilities, A&E, NSSS, EPC firms, and DOE for Enertech products and services for the Midwest and Southeast region of U.S. Develops new accounts and maintains current accounts.


Your Challenge



  • Identifies new opportunities that will grow sales revenue within target region. Manage these opportunities and accounts from discovery through to generation of sales revenues. Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Monitors the development and implementation of strategic long-term customer relationships.

  • Participates in strategic sales calls, presentations, webinars to generate new business and inquiries. Coordinates with SME's and other departments as necessary for project mining, closure, and success

  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

  • Coordinates liaison between account's departments and other sales related units as needed

  • Maintains appropriate records and documentation; tracks, monitors, reports sales data, and provides detailed weekly trip reports

  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, trends, new product ideas, assist with customer specification development, conference attendance, and supplier fair support


Your Skills



  • Bachelors Degree is required

  • 3-5+ years of experience selling flow control equipment, valves, actuators, or pumps

  • Experience working with power plant personnel, A&E, NSSS, DOE, or EPC firms

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with knowledge of MS Office and CRM/Salesforce

  • Ability to carry out all activities in a disciplined and professional manner

  • Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills and proven sales experience

  • Self motivated with good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure

  • Must be able to work flexible hours and travel over 75%
