Job Description

In our Corby sales hub we are looking for an experienced administrator to join our bustling sales team in a varied and busy role. Our business is ever expanding and you will be the first point of telephone contact for the business, so a great telephone manor is a must. You will be able to multitask and work to deadlines, whilst maintaining high accuracy. This is a part time position on a 6 month FTC.

Duties would include the following:

  • Provide administrative support to Sales Team.

  • New account set-up

  • Order entry -- spare parts

  • Prepare customer technical sales drawings and manuals for orders.

  • Create and/or gather certification, procedures, qualifications, drawings, data sheets and all relevant documentation to be supplied to client as quoted in the PO. Submit documentation with cover sheet to client/end user in the format and quantity as accepted in the PO.

  • Create and maintain Vendor Documentation Register (VDR) for each project order.

  • Liaise with Project / Contract Administrator for any client requested document revisions.

  • Establish and maintain organized files of all documentation, including QA documents.

  • Submit Final Documentation to client via courier and maintain delivery records for submittal.

  • Download all incoming inquiries. Create Inquiry Binders and maintain electronic and hard copy files.

  • Assist with preparations for customer visits.

  • Other duties as may be required

Educational Requirements/Field of Experience

  • Secondary School completion required.

This position may require exposure to information which is subject to export control regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must meet eligibility requirements of the ITAR and of the UK/EU through completion of a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) application.
