The Opportunity | Administrative Assistant- Sales

The Administrative Assistant- Sales will work with sales staff and engineers to provide quotes to customers. They will follow up on quotes and have daily contact with customers and sales representatives.

Major Accountabilities /Deliverables

  • Follow up with leads generated by Pivotal and coordinate a response with the local Reps or Regional Sales Managers.

  • Support VP of BD in preparation of monthly and quarterly reports including Top Customer Review, Sales Review, Key Pursuits and other reports as needed.

  • Provide customers and Sales Reps with Product Data Sheets and information

  • Provide quotes to customers and Maintain quote files.

  • Be familiar with TTC products and processes.

  • Provide assistance to Sales Manager as needed.

  • Monthly sales call preparation and participation and updates to forecast in Pivotal.

  • Interaction with Engineering and Customer Support to complete quotations.

  • Contact customers to follow up on order placements.

  • Other General Administrative duties as assigned.


  • Proficiency using MS Office (Word & Excel & Power Point).

  • Good communication skills with customers internally and externally.

  • Prior customer service skills preferred.

  • At least 2 years' experience in an office setting.

  • Good time management, attention to detail and organizational skills required.

  • Training on security and ITAR, Pivotal, SAM and other required training as required Education:

  • Associates Degree, or equivalent required. BS Degree preferred

  • Must be a US Citizen
