Administrative Assistant

Under direct supervision, the Administrative Assistant performs standard secretarial and administrative duties. Types letters, memorandums, and reports, files, answer the phones, and handles mail. May take and transcribe dictation. May work for one or more individuals in support of a department, project, or contract.

Location: Idaho Falls, ID

Your Challenges:

  • Answers incoming phone calls for the department. Screens call as necessary.
  • Coordinates calendars and schedules and may help to organize conferences and meetings.
  • Types correspondence, reports, and other documents. Maintains routine databases.
  • Processes documents to update and maintain files and records.
  • Process purchase orders and requests for quotes received from clients
  • Develop proposals and other client submittals
  • Data entry
  • Correspond with customers via telephone, email, and video conferences

Your Expertise:

  • 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • High School Diploma required
