Job Description

The Opportunity | Associate Contracts Administrator


Under close supervision, the Associate Contracts Administrator provides administrative and accounting support and assists in contract reviews.


Major Accountabilities /Deliverables



  • Analyze estimates of material, equipment and production costs.

  • Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government and contract specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements.

  • Review customer purchase orders, contract deliverables and perform invoice process.

  • Liaise with customers to resolve open contractual issues including invoicing, payment advices and posting of cash receipts.

  • As instructed, initiates documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications.

  • Reconcile and analyze invoicing to contract line items and material costs to purchase orders and supplier invoices.

Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role specializing in administrative support and financials

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • BS or BA in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Good understanding of financial metrics and calculations

  • Must be a US citizen and be able to qualify for a U.S. Government security clearance
