Position Summary

The Contracts Administrator, Associate is part of the Sales, Marketing and Contracts department. The primary responsibility in this role is timely and accurate data entry of customer sales order information and project budget data into Curtiss-Wright Engineered Pump Division's (CW-EPD) computer systems. This role also includes responsibility for internal distribution and filing of proposal and contract documents. The Contracts Administrator, Associate may assist with data entry in Microsoft Office applications to support proposal development, internal reporting and audit needs. Error-free data entry is a key skill for this role.

Minimum Qualification and Skill Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Accurate typing skills

  • Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail

  • Experience managing data within spreadsheet applications

  • Internal customer service skills

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success

  • Familiarity with government contracting and defense market desired but not required

  • Must be US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
