Job Description

Role: Communication Specialist


Location: Brea, CA 


As a Communications Specialist for the Nuclear Division of Curtiss-Wright, your role is to develop and publish marketing materials to effectively and consistently communicate the company's brand identity and strategic messages to its key stakeholders, including employees, senior leadership, and customers. The ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and creative, strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail. 


Duties & Responsibilities: 



  • Support the Division and its business units by creating digital and print materials including advertisements; brochures and sales literature; marketing emails; presentations; and other content

  • Ensure that all marketing collateral effectively communicates the appropriate Corporate, Division, and/or business unit brand identity and messaging

  • Maintain internal and external marketing resources, including Division websites and SharePoint document repositories 

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design degree preferred)

  • 2-5 years of related experience

  • Excellent project management and communication skills (oral and written)

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred

  • Background in graphic design strongly preferred

  • Video editing experience a plus
