Job Description


The Opportunity | Contracts Administrator


Under close supervision, provides administrative support and assists in contract reviews. Also serves as a customer liaison.



Your Challenge:



  • May analyze estimates of material, equipment and production costs.

  • May review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government and contract specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements.

  • Review purchase orders and contracts and forward for approval.

  • Liaise with customers to resolve open contractual issues.

  • As instructed, initiates documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications.



Your Expertise:



  • 1+ year of administrative support experience.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Intermediate Excel knowledge required.


This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of U.S. regulations.
