Contracts Administrator

For EP projects, the Contracts Administrator's responsibilities begin with providing contractual / T&C related input during the quotation stage, includes contract administration starting with receipt of a purchase order (P/O) and continuing through shipment of said order. These responsibilities include ensuring all P/O's are reviewed by all internal departments for acceptability and compliance with the proposed products, acknowledgment of the order, process the order including submittals and shipment.

Your Challenge:

  • Route P/O's to all internal departments for review.
  • Acknowledge the order to the customer.
  • Request change orders (C/O's) as required.
  • Prepare and transmit all required customer submittals.
  • Resolve all customer questions and/or concerns.
  • Prepare all required paperwork including notifications for shipment.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Your Expertise:

  • Individual must exhibit excellent communication and writing skills to interact with Customers, offsite personnel and inter-company departments.
  • Computer literacy preferred.
  • Individual must be extremely organized and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Prior ORACLE experience and Nuclear QA knowledge a plus.
  • Two (2) year college degree preferred.
  • Three (3) year experience in Project, Field Service and/or Contract Administration preferred.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Due to the nature of the work performed at this facility, this role may require a DOD Government security clearance. Incumbents must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance while employed by this site.
