The Opportunity | Contracts Administrator
Responsible for specific major customer accounts. Conducts proposal review and administration of government contracts. Monitors performance for conformance to original proposal. Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements. Responds to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Initiates documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications.
Your Challenge:

  • Point of Contact for assigned prime customer accounts.

  • Liaison between customer and TR operating departments for documentation, requirements, and information.

  • Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government and contract specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements.

  • Approves customer purchase orders and contracts.

  • Provides support to DCMA inquiries.

  • Works directly with customers to resolve a variety of open contractual issues.

  • Reviews documents to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications.

  • May do some contract negotiations of terms and conditions and other requirements with customers.

  • Prepares and submits contract documentations such as Reports, Certifications, Representations, Teaming Agreements, Sole Source Procurements, Licenses, etc..

  • Maintains contract files and databases.
Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business management related field required.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; experience working with an ERP program such as Oracle considered a strong asset.

  • Individual must be extremely organized and capable of handling multiple priorities.
