The Opportunity | Digital Marketing Specialist


This newly created position in the HQ office of a $300M+ Division of Curtiss-Wright offers high visibility and the opportunity to directly impact the company's sales growth. By creating awareness of the company's technical services, overseeing SEO of the website and developing digital marketing campaigns, you will generate sales leads for the company's international sales team to pursue. Additional growth opportunities will be available by interacting with the Division's Senior Leadership and becoming part of a highly motivated and fast-paced team.


Your Challenge



  • Interface with Division facility and field personnel and an external website hoster to maintain Division's website content as current, maximize website traffic, and generate sales/marketing leads for the Division's technical services 


    • Optimize ROI of Division's Google AdWords website spend

    • Enhance Division's Google My Business (GMB) effectiveness for its locations


  • Plan and execute Digital Marketing campaigns to generate sales/marketing leads for the Division's technical services 

  • Maintain Division's presence on Corporate Parent's various websites as required, including social media websites

  • Learn Corporate Parent's Brand Standards, including proper use of logos and signage, and champion them throughout the Division. 

  • Generate other marketing materials as required

  • Compile financial/strategic status information from the Division facilities on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis and collate info into PowerPoint templates for management review


Your Expertise 



  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience for an industrial/aerospace company or agency.

  • 2 years in marketing of technical services using web based marketing campaigns

  • Excellent verbal acuity and writing skills.

  • Experience with website design and SEO

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics. Preferred: Google Analytics Certification

  • Working knowledge of Google AdWords. Preferred: Google AdWords Certification

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

  • Experience in compiling, organizing and analyzing data.

  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related
