Job Description

The Opportunity | Document Control Technician

Under general supervision, the Document Control Technician reviews completed test data for completeness and accuracy. The employee is responsible for updating logs, databases, generates and distributes monthly quality metrics. They will maintain files of scanned test data and completed build packages for product.

Major Accountabilities /Deliverables

  • Prepares monthly quality metrics and quarterly supplier ratings

  • Reviews completed test data packages

  • Responsible for the creation of status reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

  • Communication with internal teams regarding progress and status changes


  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher), Adobe Acrobat Pro and SAP

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
