The Opportunity | Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate


Under direct supervision, the Manufacturing Associate operates a variety of equipment used to manufacture products.



Your Challenge:



  • Weighs, measures and manufactures product to meet procedures and customer's specifications

  • Performs a variety of in-process inspections (such as density, dimensional, and physical appearance) to ensure that product meet specifications and tolerances.

  • Recognizes equipment and product problems, notifies supervisor of errors in order to achieve optimum production levels.

  • Use a variety of measuring equipment (such as dial calipers, scales, protractors, and programmable calculators.


Your Expertise:



  • 1+ year of relatable experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Able to lift up to 60 pounds

  • Stand for up to 8 hours and be able to climb up and down ladders.

  • Able to perform basic math operations (such as fraction to decimal conversions, addition and subtraction)
