For our German branch, Phönix Armaturen-Werke Bregel GmbH in Volkmarsen, we are looking for a full time employee as soon as possible:


Your Tasks:



  • Leading the HR-Department

  • Comprehensive advice and support for managers and employees throughout the entire employee life cycle

  • Negotiations and constructive cooperation with the works council

  • Strategic personnel planning

  • Defining a personnel development strategy

  • Responsibility for Payroll

Your skills:



  • A degree in economics, law or human resource management

  • Adequate work experience in leading an HR team, at best in a manufacturing company

  • Experience in the work of an international matrix organization

  • Very good knowledge of labor and social law, in particular in the Works Constitution Act

  • Very good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written
