Job Description

The Opportunity | HR Administrator

Performs complex administrative tasks and analytical work to support the Total Rewards Department. A high degree of judgment and tact in handling confidential information is required in additional to thorough knowledge of human resources procedures and policies and good analytical skills.

Your Challenge:

  • Assist with the creation and organization of Board of Director and Executive Compensation Committee slides and documents including using e-portal software to post final materials

  • Utilize ADP HRIS and payroll systems to research employee issues and create and run reports to analyze and summarize data for internal management requests

  • Assist with compilation and submission of compensation survey data

  • Track and process benefit premiums and bills for payment and compile monthly healthcare claim experience spreadsheet

  • Manage access and documents on Total Rewards Department SharePoint site

  • Act as department lead for select vendor relationships including partners for company relocations, scholarship program, and employee recognition

  • Work with Corporate Finance to track department spending including preparing quarterly budget and trend analyses

  • Provide general administrative assistance to Total Rewards Department Director including but not limited to calendar management, answering phone, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports

Your Expertise:

  • 3-5 years human resources administration experience in a corporate setting (compensation and benefits support experience preferred)

  • Ability to create and run reports from HRIS and payroll systems required, experience with ADP Enterprise V5 preferred

  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills

  • Strong communication skills with good analytical ability and attention to detail

  • Organized, hands-on, and detailed individual with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure
