The Opportunity | HR Representative (HR Call Center)


Under general supervision, provides human resources support to CW employees in the areas of HR policies, HRIS/benefits, employee relations, employment transitions, and training. Serves as a technical point of contact for users throughout the company for basic HR system help, reports, and troubleshooting.



Your Challenge:



  • Provides support to CW employees in regards to HR policies & procedures: benefit plans, compensation, basic payroll questions, HR systems, and company policy. Maintenance of centralized database of policies & procedures.

  • Provides information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information. Provide support during employee transitions: on-boarding, off-boarding, FMLA/STD/LTD, life insurance, etc. Responds to employee needs in a quick & effective manner.

  • Researching and analyzing root causes of human resources issues, resolve employee issues with a systematic approach. Coordination of resolution between the necessary departments and communicating of resolution to employee.

  • Processes various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as leave of absence documents, tuition reimbursements, etc.

  • Primary administration of Learning Management System. Basic one-on-one HR system help as needed (ESS, MSS, eTime, Cornerstone, Concur, ADP RM, etc.).



Your Expertise:



  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources role.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong asset.

  • Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SPC certification is a plus.

  • Must have a solid understanding of HR related functions, including systems, compensation, and benefits. Strong understanding of employment regulations.

  • A nimble learner and customer service focus.

  • Available to work shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday.
