Job Description

Role: Human Resources Generalist


Location: Brea, CA


As an HR Generalist, you will perform a wide variety of professional/administrative human resource functions in areas such as recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training and development, EEO/affirmative action programs and benefits administration. You will also be advising management and staff of relevant corporate personnel practices, policies and procedures.


Your Challenge



  • Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.

  • Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives.

  • May screen resumes and applications and may interview applicants.

  • Maintains records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirements.

  • Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.

Your Expertise



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field

  • 4-6 years' related experience in an HR Generalist role

  • Strong experience in employee relations and engagement

  • Experience in supporting employees in all levels of manufacturing environment

  • Experience with CMMI and/or AS9100

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with knowledge of MS Office.

  • Excellent multi-tasking ability
