The Opportunity | Inside Sales Representative 


The Inside Sales Representative will work with sales development and engineering to provide quotes to clients. They will follow up on quotes and have regular contact with clients and sales representatives.


Responsibilities



  • Maintain CRM system (i.e. Sugar / Pivotal) with sales leads and opportunity updates. Assist with report generation, regular sales opportunity reviews, and forecasts

  • Support preparation of monthly and quarterly reports including Top Client Reviews, Sales Reviews, Key Pursuits, and other reports as required

  • Support data requests from Sales Development team and clients alike, to include information such as Product Description Documents and other like documents

  • Prepare quotes and maintain quote files

  • Track and maintain product support renewals

  • Be familiar with TCG products, services, and processes

  • Assist Sales Development teammates as required

  • Prepare for and participate in monthly sales call

  • Interact with other internal groups such as Engineering and Operational Support to complete quotations

  • Contact clients to follow up on sales opportunities and help secure timely placement of orders

  • Other General Administrative duties as assigned


Requirements



  • Associates Degree, or equivalent required. BS/BA Degree preferred. Additional experience in lieu of education will be considered at a ratio of 2 years per year of education



  • Proficiency using MS Office (Word & Excel & Power Point)

  • The ability to work accurately and with a strong attention to detail is required

  • Strength in communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Prior client support service skills preferred

  • At least 2 years' experience in an office setting

  • Experience using a CRM system preferred

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; must be able to multi-task while working in fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with the ITAR a plus

  • Candidate must possess or be able to obtain a US Security Clearance

  • Candidate must possess or be able to obtain a valid US passport
