Job Description

Position Overview: Supports operations with secretarial duties, working closely with the Logistics team to ensure accurate and efficient arrangements of shipping collections and delivery duties are completed for each day. This is a part time role, covering 25 hours a week Monday - Friday.



This is a small office, but fundamental to the business, who are looking for someone with a drive to deliver, who can work well under tight time restraints. If you have worked in a logistic environment, have attention to detail, strong telephone manner and the ability to multitask then this could be the role for you.



Duties would include the following:



  • Provide certification packages, when required

  • Assist with invoicing, packing lists and freight BOL processing

  • Assist with export security forms and paperwork as required

  • Prepare all daily outbound Airborne Express courier mailings

  • Booking & organizing customer collections / deliveries

  • Maintain general filing

  • Provide administrative support to Production Team

  • Administer daily post

  • Primary telephone receptionist

  • Assist with QA document filing when required

  • Other duties as may be required



Educational Requirements/Field of Experience



  • Secondary School completion required.



This position may require exposure to information which is subject to export control regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
