The Opportunity| Manufacturing Control Planner


The Manufacturing Control planner will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments in a large manufacturing facility.



Your Challenge:



  • Review and distribute production work orders

  • Confer with shop supervisors to determine the status and priority of work

  • Ensure manufacturing prerequisites are available

  • Drive work to meet desired completion dates

  • Remain aware of the current inventory levels

  • Resolve production issues


Your Expertise:



  • Associates degree or related training in production and inventory management

  • Must have knowledge and experience in shop materials, practices and processes

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions

  • Familiarity with MRP, inventory, and shop floor transactions as necessary to support manufacturing activities is desired

  • Machining and assembly experience is an asset

Must be US citizen and be able to obtain DOD security clearance
