The Opportunity | Payroll Administrator

Under general supervision, the Payroll Administrator performs all required clerical duties necessary to prepare hourly, salary and commission payrolls.

Major Accountabilities /Deliverables

  • Processing payroll for multiple divisions

  • Preparing and distribute various reports

  • Preparing year-end tax reporting support

  • Responsible for processing Canadian payroll reporting


  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines

  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred, High School Diploma required.

  • Must be flexible to work 30-40 hours/week
