The Opportunity | Graphic Designer, Principal

Our Dublin facility is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Communications team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for branding and demonstrate a high level of conceptual thinking. Working with internal stakeholders to create graphic design solutions for advertising, brochures, tradeshows, video production, and much more. Do you have the skills required to create engaging, consistent and on-brand design across all branding platforms?

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product marketing internationally to plan and execute assigned projects

  • Create engaging graphics for tradeshows, digital advertising, product collateral eg: product launch, brochures, product sheets and video production.

  • Overseeing multiple projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines. Ensure quality control, proofing and review prior to releasing files.

  • Demonstrate creative flair within brand guidelines

  • Manage relationship with external sources relating to design issues

  • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team

  • Ability to stay at the forefront of current design trends


  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required

  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Skills are essential

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role is required

  • Strong experience with brochure creation, tradeshows, advertising & motion graphics.

  • Highly organised individual with an eye for detail

  • Ability to work under own initiative to strict deadlines

  • Desire to continue learning and developing your skillset

  • Flexible, creative and enthusiastic - team player

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Strong attention to detail
