Process Engineer, Associate

Under close supervision, supports engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modification and assembly of different types of systems, devices and/or equipment. Works with schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions. Serve as the "champion" of all internal continuous improvement programs and initiatives. Provide oversite of Environmental programs.

Location: New Brighton, MI

Your Challenge:

  • Performs routine engineering assignments of an analysis, design and test nature requiring application of specific techniques and procedures.
  • Documents usable engineering data applicable to the assignment.
  • Assist in the analysis to develop options or recommendations and assist or lead in the development of cost estimates and specifications on projects.
  • Provide leadership and direction in regards to all process quoting operations.
  • Assist in the leadership of all 3D printing initiatives.
  • Serve as the facility lead and representative on all Continuous Improvement and Environmental initiatives.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Solid works experience preferred
