The Opportunity | Project Administrator

Under general supervision, the Project Administrator provides support supervisor in organizing, implementing and maintaining a scheduling management system supporting the project plan. Communicates with supervisor and project staff to schedule work and to coordinate employee assignments.

The Challenge:

  • Assists Project Manager in reviewing contract requirements.

  • Enters new information into database and provides scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.

  • Resolve finance and contract issues, process labor hour and cost adjustments, and track issues related to the adjustments.

  • Processes financial paperwork, monitor subcontracts, and helps to prepare monthly financial status reports.

  • Tracks monthly and YTD revenue and profit, reviews invoices, reviews unbilled reports, and reviews outstanding A/R aging reports.

Your Expertise:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency with MS Excel

  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Must be US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
