The Opportunity | Senior QA Engineer
Take responsibility for developing, implementing, monitoring and improving quality systems and procedures to ensure internal and external requirements are met. Take a lead role in investigating, reporting and resolving quality problems with products and services. Work directly with customers and suppliers as needed to address issues and arrive at mutually agreeable resolutions. Use a variety of measurement techniques, data collection methods and statistical tools to characterize and assess components and processes. Analyze reports and data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to requirements and procedures for continuous improvement.
