Job Description



Your Challenge:



  • Managing sales directly to end-users of Sensors & Controls Division products across Europe.

  • Developing new accounts and maintaining current accounts

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients

  • Identifying objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings for target accounts

  • Managing accounts from discovery through generation of sales revenue and monitoring strategic long-term customer relationships

  • Participating in sales presentations for accounts

  • Coordinating with other departments as necessary to obtain product information

  • Reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates

  • Analyzing sales statistics to formulate policy and promote sales

  • Coordinates liaison between accounts department and other sales related units

  • Defining, documenting, implementing, and supporting continual sales process improvement

  • Maintaining appropriate records and documentation to track, monitor, and report sales data

Your expertise:



  • A minimum of three years sales experience ideally in Automotive Manufacturing or Industrial Automation fields.

  • Proven account management experience in Europe

  • Strong technical sales experience with mechanical / control products

  • Fluent in German + English

  • International sales experience would be desirable


This position may require exposure to information which is subject to export control regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
